3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must not share your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
4. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket purchases are final and cannot be cancelled
- Tickets must be purchased before the draw cutoff time

5. Spending Limits

You must set deposit and spending limits upon account creation
- Limits cannot be removed, only adjusted
- Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period

- Small prizes (under $1,000) are credited automatically
- Larger prizes require identity verification
- You have 1 year from draw date to claim prizes

7. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- Use the service for commercial purposes
- Attempt to manipulate or abuse the system
- Purchase tickets on behalf of minors
- Use fraudulent payment methods

- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Service availability is not guaranteed
- We may modify features or terms with notice
- Technical issues may affect ticket processing
9. Limitation of Liability
Maple Jackpot Hub is not liable for:
- Lottery corporation decisions or rule changes
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Lost or unclaimed prizes due to user error
- Third-party payment processor issues
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Canadian law and the Québec Lottery Act.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
